Several years ago, a very close friend was diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to help her as much as I could, so I dove into the research. I found there was little help as far as cancer and nutrition goes, and even less understandable information for my then VERY unscientific brain. There just didn’t seem to be a lot of good resources out there. I was frustrated, and angry. How could there not be scientific research on what foods to eat to support your body through it’s toughest battle! I couldn’t understand….
This fueled my fire to know more… I needed to understand so that I could share what I had learned with others.
Today, I use the knowledge I learned in school and my personal experience to help women transition through peri-menopause and menopause. As a boutique owner, I’ve met a lot of awesome women. So many struggle with aging, and the many changes that occur. I want to help women see that it doesn’t have to be something to dread or make us miserable!

In early 2019, I scheduled a meeting with Jody. After years of pain from arthritis and inflammation, a few easy tweaks to my diet gave me significant improvement.
