A 90-minute consultation that can be done online or in person. We’ll review your health history and how you’re currently eating. And, together, we’ll
develop and plan to help you feel better. This is the first stop for all new clients.
We’ll discuss follow ups after our first meeting. It is beneficial to meet every 2-3 weeks for three months or more for most people.
3- MONTH FOLLOW UP
Three months worth of follow up consultations to keep you moving closer to your goals. This includes 3-1 hour sessions or 6-30 minute sessions spread throughout the 3-months. It also includes unlimited email and text support between appointments. Must be used within 90 days of booking.
6- MONTH FOLLOW UP
Six months of follow up consultations for those ready for a longer term commitment. This includes 6 - 1 hour sessions or 12-30 minute sessions spread
throughout the 6-months. It also includes unlimited email and text support between appointments. Must be used within 180 days of booking.
